Sale Services

a) Update

Manage all customer orders systematically, real-time follow-up of each customer order production, delivery and transportation situation. The production department will upload the production progress of the products to the system in the form of pictures, videos and texts, which can be shared with customers at any time, so as to provide customers with more secure and guaranteed services.

b) Adjustment

If the customer changes the appearance and parameters of the product after placing the order, our sales team will immediately confirm whether the production situation can be changed. The technical team will make technical feasibility plans according to the customer's requirements to meet the customer's needs to the greatest extent and help the customer to carry out the local sales smoothly.

After-Sale Services

a) Warranty

As for our warranty, we offer our customers the whole machine to replace for 1-year, main part for 3 years (such as motor, PCB, and so on.), and compressor for 5 years warranty. We provide a strong guarantee as support.

b) Spare parts

We promise to provide 1% free spare parts to our dealers, it can be replaced directly if some parts of the product are damaged.

c) Installation training

Special training videos will be made on how to install each product, including installation steps, installation precautions, etc.

d) Set up customer database

Set up customer files, take the initiative to ask customers if the products have quality problems, or if there are any complaints or suggestions about the products, and record them. Based on customer feedback, study the different needs of each customer, and provide tailored services to the customer next time.

e) South Africa factory and team

We have production plant and professional technical personnel in South Africa. If there is a need, we can go to the local area to deal with after-sales problems.
